Their entire book of business sat in a third-party system that kept clients on one page and their payments on another, and offered no way to get their own data back out. We are rebuilding it as one platform they own outright.
- Clients and payments in a single list, ordered by what needs attention today rather than alphabetically
- A retainer ledger and commission engine that accrues only on payments that actually cleared, and reverses when one is returned
- Enrollment where the signature itself creates the record, the payment schedule and the attribution, with no back-office hand-off
- Row-level access enforced in the data model, an audit trail that cannot be edited, and full data export on demand
