Every build started with somebody working around their software
A wholesaler tracking cold-store batches in a spreadsheet. A company answering who has not paid this week by opening two pages and comparing by eye. Reps taking orders on WhatsApp because the system had no way to take them. None of these were software problems at first. They were operations that had outgrown the tools they were handed.
So we start by learning the operation. Not the feature list, not the org chart: how the work actually moves, including the parts nobody wrote down. What comes out of that is usually narrower and stranger than a generic product, and it fits.
We work from Berlin, in German, English and Turkish, for clients in Germany and abroad. The same people who run discovery are the ones who ship and then keep the thing running.

You own it outright
The code, the data, the infrastructure. Full export on demand, without asking us. The single most common reason a company calls us is that their current vendor cannot give them their own history back.
The operation comes before the software
We map how the work moves today before proposing anything. If a custom build is the wrong answer for you, that is a fine outcome of a first conversation.
We stay on afterwards
Launch is not the end of the engagement. Your operation keeps changing, so the system has to keep changing with it. Every platform we have shipped is still under active work.
Compliance is not a later phase
German e-invoicing, DATEV export, GDPR data-subject handling and an audit trail that cannot be edited are built in from the start, not added when someone asks.
